Usui Reiki Classes

Many people choose to be attuned to Reiki so that they can offer the healing that it brings to their family and friends as well as themselves. The Level I class consists of four attunements and all the information, descriptions, and hands-on practice you will need to heal with Reiki along with many handouts. The class begins on a Friday evening and concludes late afternoon on Saturday. Here is some of what you will experience and learn:

• The history of Reiki
• How to give a Reiki treatment, including all the hand positions
• Chair Reiki
• Self-Reiki
• Animal Reiki
• Suggestions for establishing a Reiki practice

By the end of Friday evening, you will be able to give Reiki to yourself. After you receive the second pair of Reiki attunements on Saturday, you will be able to channel the Reiki energy so that you can do a Reiki healing for others, and you will have plenty of time to practice on other members of the class later in the day.

Reiki II takes Reiki I to a much deeper level. At this level, Reiki takes on the elements of its mystery school heritage as we work with three sacred symbols. These symbols will help strengthen your Reiki work and give you the ability to work with people at the mental and emotional levels as well as use Reiki for long distance work.

The class begins on a Friday evening and continues again Saturday morning, concluding late in the afternoon. Here is a partial list of what you will experience and learn:

• Receive the Reiki II attunement for three symbols
• Learn about the Power symbol and its accelerated healing capacity
• Learn about the Emotional/Mental symbol and its many uses
• Learn about the Long Distance symbol and how to use it
• Practice Reiki II healing

You will take home many handouts and get an introductory look at Usui Reiki III and Karuna Reiki(r). The class ends with a graduation ceremony and certificate.
